This is where we interview one another! Preferably on site, so you can walk and talk me through your project and I can better explain my process, discuss fees, answer any questions you might have, as well as spitball any initial ideas that come to mind.

If we’re a good fit, I will outline your projects scope of work in a tailored Design Proposal for your review.

Before diving into design, the team will facilitate a full site survey to be documented in AutoCAD. We will confirm all program requirements and share inspirational concept boards to help identify the overall project vision + aesthetic.

Through a schematic planning + programming process we present preliminary plans, elevations, finish materials, fixtures + fittings. Your feedback provides us with the insight to develop the schematic design by identifying and sourcing every aspect of your interior. This phase requires your full attention and lots of back and forth to ensure we exceed your expectations and keep the project timeline on target.

Technical drawings, construction documents and specifications are prepared for all vendors, general + sub-contractors engaged.

Efficient project management is what takes our design direction to fruition. Construction fatigue is REAL and requires endurance, but so worth it! We’re here to navigate construction for you with regular site visits and daily communication with all game players.

Procuring your furnishings during the construction phase enables us to be ready for installation as your interior wraps. All hands-on deck are involved to strategically deliver, install and style your belongings in their new ‘home’.
